"I loved everything about the hotel. We stayed at Moroccan style room. Bed was very comfortable and we rested well after our flight from US. Staff is friendly and everyone went extra mile to make us feel like at home. Food, live performance, and sea view were amazing. "The location and customer service were top notchbut the room was a bit small with the bathroom not feeling like a high end hotel. The water did not drain well and the tile tub was a bit uncomfortable to climb in and out of. The hotel is super pet friendly if that is your thing, but watching a dog get in and out of the pool made it uninviting for us. Overall and very nice place to stay but not the best value in my opinion. "

They’re no longer have beach towels,staff weren’t as nice , do not book the white room , it’s like staying in a motell, toilet was extremely uncomfortable and felt like a hospital r room, we had to upgrade to a villa which make our vacation so much better.
