"The front desk was great. We checked in last minute and asked for toiletries. They brought them up. The room was so spacious. The bathroom was huge with amenities. Shower, tub, robe snd slippers. "Good hotel in the centre but I'd not give it 5 stars. The sofa and cupboard in the room were a tad worn out and outdated. The cupboard didn't close properly. There was some built up dust etc. on the toiletries in the bathroom. However, the overall standard was good. Beds were comfortable, the room was very warm (sometimes even too warm and we weren't able to lower the temperature), staff were helpful and friendly. "

"Gorgeous space. The inside of the hotel has to be beautiful ~ it is on a switchback and there is no outdoor area. Just in front of the hotel are a bunch of recycling bins which are ugly. The staff and service was excellent. Breakfast amazing. The room was too hot; the bed was pretty hard. Thankfully had good pillows. Overall I liked my stay. I wish I could have slept better. "
