The place was spotless clean, had great amenities like a hot tub, jacuzzi, and foosball table pass the time, own parking spot was perfect, and neighbors were far enough they weren’t a bother if they wanted to be loud. No complaints about the property at all. Only warning is that the roads to get there are narrow and having bigger vehicles would take up too much space on the road. "Some basic areas need attention. The upstairs shower did not drain and left you standing in water. Unable to use dryer because the off/on knob was broken. One end of the recliner couch was broken, The deck and railing is in need of repair. Could use an overall Spring Cleaning."

"We had a great time at Sugar Bear. The cabin was very clean and having four bedrooms was awesome. This cabin definitely beats other "cabins" available for rent (those "cabins" are packed together in a field... this one is actually quite secluded in the mountain). The drive up is a bit scary at first, but after doing it once it was a breeze. Saw a bear the first time we went up which was really cool. The kids loved access to Netflix, and we loved the full kitchen to save some money on meals....
