Upon arrival the hotel staff couldn’t be more accommodating, they are all very friendly and could help you enough, they are what make you feel like you are at home! "Property seems very kid friendly, which is nice, but as we did not bring our children this trip, it was loud and overwhelming with kids running all over. Often difficult to get spots at the pool as well. We almost decided to go next door to the Nana Princess instead. Food was pretty good. Facilities have plumbing issues given the smells in the bathroom. Was not pleasant. Good value but not luxury. Live and learn"
