"Overall we enjoyed our stay! I would say the pool staff are rather unfriendly at the wet bar and after seeing the same guys everyday for 2 weeks you would think they could crack a small every once in a while - not the standard of a 5* hotel. However, the Chef at breakfast, I believe Sef was his name. Was lovely, he always went above an beyond to meet our requests. Thanks!"

"The staff make this a 5* hotel. It's a little awkward to get in and out of. Left out of the main entrance leads you to the busses and across the plaza and down through the shopping centre is also a good way to avoid steep roads. Avoid rooms ending 01. I was in 101 and paid extra for a balcony only to find a temporary tower directly to my left, a building site to my right and an office meeting room a stones throw away looking directly into my bedroom. The privacy mesh doesn't do a complete job....
