"The first night wasn’t in a good room, second night they upgraded me to a better category but garden view, the hotel was newly refurbished I think but reception and breakfast hall wasn’t, customer service at the hotel was excellent , the weather was beautiful. "Hotel is dated and pricey. Convenient for shopping and dining. Dislike - 1. Hairdryer was not working well even after a change 2. Mini Fridge was also changed once 3. Safe could not unlock with my important things inside and require the Technician to unlock. 4. Had to keep calling Reception to have things delivered, towels water etc Overall its still ok but if they could improve, the stay will definitely be more pleasant."
