"Superb Hotel in St.Leonards. The landlady gave us our keys and explained a few things. We were on the top floor (no lifts as explained in description) with a lovely clean room and a free standing bath, mini fridge, tea making facilities etc. Bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was made upon request, everything from full english, pancakes, veggie breakfast, smoked salmon & scrambled eggs, a great choice. Hotel is about 10 minutes to pier and 25 minutes to Hastings old town. Will come back again...

"The hosts - Karen & Malcolm were so hospitable & helpful. The Laindons Guest House is situated in an excellent location in Old Town, Hastings. The Red room was very comfortable, top quality bed linen and the facilities throughout the property are sublime with every attention to detail made. "Lovely stay at the stables. They have been converted to a high standard and were very comfortable for our family with two small children. It was great that there was a stair gate in the top bedroom as there isn’t a door. Had a nice meal at the local pub and in easy reach by car of local visiting sites. The hosts were very helpful and friendly and let us wander around their lovely garden. Would recommend. "
