Staff was incredibly helpful and ready with lots of recommendations for where to go, and very willing to help with reservations ahead of time. For Americans who need to follow OFAC rules while in Cuba, all of the recommendations are compliant, which reduces stress considerably. The property is right in the middle...

The property has a buzzer system along with cameras and the property is well lit at night, in fact it is the prettiest property on the street both at day and night.
