"A true 5 star hotel. Rooms are very sophisticated with excellent lighting, storage and amenities. The room was spacious with comfy beds. The buffet breakfast is absolutely amazing. Reception staff and restaurant staff were all wonderful, we had brilliant cocktails in the Wintergarden bar, and a great coffee at the bakery. The spa is brilliant - sauna, steam room, ice bath and plunge pool - very luxurious. The gym is well equipped with cardio equipment and weights."

"The milk containers/cooling thing did not keep the milk cold at all. I think you need to re think this, find another solution. You advertise the rooftop bar, but it is not complete. I would post on the website when it will be opening. People would be less disappointed. Room was great, bed super comfy, breakfast spread was outstanding, so any great choices. Would definitely stay again. "
