They were able to move us next door albeit the bathroom was smaller. There was still some signs of mold in the bathroom but it didn’t smell of damn. I would have expected the room to be better considering the price of the room we had paid for. "

Ad agosto il villaggio è molto affollato e l’attenzione del personale per gli ospiti è piuttosto distratta. Il Pineta che dovrebbe garantire un servizio a 5 stelle ci ha delusi, non c’erano ne accappatoi ne ciabatte in camera in dotazione. Su richiesta (sollecitata due volte) abbiamo ricevuto solo le ciabatte. Neanche un accappatoio in un hotel 5 stelle non si è mai visto. Nemmeno una...

"Great beach, view, etc... Hotel itself is a bit outdated. Rooms are 4 star quality, service is on and off - some staff are excellent some have no idea what's going on. Have to talk to three people to get an answer to most questions. Nice SPA. Would be fine if they didn't have the prices of a high end 5 star resort while providing a 4 star experience. Lots of kids around."
