"the property was nice and clean, staffs were friendly. The only downside to this place is there isnt a real clean public beach to walk around and swim within the property, it is surrounded by jagged rocks and super dangerous and treacherous to even try to walk down (prohibited and restricted by rope to make sure people dont swim). The public beach by the end of the resort is very dirty, littered with trash and was under construction. Also there is under water rocks still that can cut your feet,...

"Easy to understand and follow check in instructions. There is a convenient pick up area for Grab drivers, and several great places for coffee within a couple of blocks. The apartment is really clean and nice."

"The accommodation which the host advertised was different to the actual accommodation. 2 beds were promised but only 1 was there. I told the host that my family could not stay there because there was not enough room for us to sleep and he became very aggressive. We had to book alternative accommodation. After numerous calls & emails to hotels.com about this fraud we eventually got a partial refund but I am significantly out of pocket."
