Be careful of the pre-authorisation of €100 per day as you check in. This was not mentioned in any paperwork or terms of conditions prior to our arrival so it was a shock to us. "

I arranged for a direct transfer from the airport to the hotel and it was worth every penny after a long journey from Canada. The drivers who work with the hotel are amazing. The breakfast options are fresh and plentiful, and the service was excellent. Gozo is a beautiful island and I highly recommend a stay at the Kempinski. 10/10 will absolutely return. "
