"This Hotel is excellent. It is modern clean and conveniently situated. The staff are exceptional. The receptionists, Elaine and Katerina are welcoming and do everything possible to be helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. We had a superb buffet breakfast and were greeted warmly by Petro or Agiara every day. "The bays for swimming and relaxing are great. It could however do with a few more sun shades and sunbeds by these bays. I also dislike the towels being left on sunbeds early in the morning - and the people not turning up until midday. "

"Booked as a last minute 3 night stay for my wife and I, having not been to Crete previously. The hotel was great. Large clean room with a sea view, 2 pools, a water park and plenty of sunbeds. There is also a reserved area on the beach for hotel guests with an all inclusive bar right next to it. The food was good, with plenty of choice. I would 100% recommend this hotel. We are already looking at returning again with our kids."
