"Great hotel to stay at. Very clean, close to airport, hospitable staff, great selection of breakfast and dinner buffet. Exceptional great job done by Joise, Jackson, Jerwin, Faisal in making my stay a great one and making me feel welcome everyday. Housekeeping staff did a great job ensuring the room was comfortable and clean. All other team members were brilliant, names too numerous to mention."

"Overall it was an amazing experience. Right from the time we entered to the time we left, the whole staff team ensured we are being taken care off at the best. "Our stay here was excellent!! From Aditya at the concierge to Chef Iwish and his team at the Restaurant.. all staff were extremely courteous and friendly. They all made us feel so welcome and our stay a real pleasant experience. Each dish at the restaurant..both breakfast and dinner.. was amazing. "

"Service and cleanliness was excellent. Staff are good. But for a 5-star they seemed lacking in some areas where they missed keeping the snacks and beverages in the room as well lack of some important stuff required for a hotel stay. Breakfast was good with good variety. All restaurants and even room service closes at 10.30 pm which is a complete NO for a 5-star hotel"

"This is a great hotel on the waterfront in Fort Kochi. It is a marvellous restoration of this old boatyard to create a very colonial feel. There are some nice touches to take advantage of such as high tea at 5pm each day followed by a guided tour of the harbour on the hotel’s very nice boat. All the staff were excellent but I give particular thanks to Arun who could not do enough for us. I was also highly impressed with the hotels very real efforts to eliminate the use of plastics an recycle...
