The stuff is super friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and chic, come outfitted with a "breakfast nook" and marble coffee table. Personal touches everywhere like a tester perfume gift, glass water bottles that get replaced every day and your own Le Bains note pad with your name on it....my room also had a fun balcony with 2 chairs and a table...
