"We really enjoyed our stay at La Ferme. The grounds and the hotel itself are stunning. Good location... easy walking distance to town. Room was beautiful, we enjoyed the steam shower. The one thing that could be slightly improved for such a highly rated hotel was the service. The staff was very nice but it took 2 phone calls + 1 trip to the front desk to get a yoga mat in our room (the gym and pool are closed for renovations... annoying). No slippers in the room unless you request them. Only one...

The plugs weren’t firm enough to stand the plug converters and there was no surface near the bed or near a table. The staff was very helpful but some looked like students who were a bit at sea.
