"The staff were absolutely beautiful. I had phone troubles and the girls at the front desk, particularly Yvonne went above and beyond to assist. A 15 walk from Clarke Quay on the river for good restaurants. The rooms are smallish and the bed was a bit hard for my liking but it was a lovely place to base ourselves. "

"Across the street from the famous Clark Quay! Staff was extremely professional and kind, especially Angel who helped us with an early check in. The room set up was quite interesting. The sink had no backsplash so water would splash near the bed. However we did love the separate water filter available at the sink for drinking/brushing teeth. "

"Excellent stay at the Novotel Clark Quay. Such a handy location. You have the Metro behind the hotel. Walk across the road and you have your choice of over 30 restaurants & bars. But be warned, many don't open before 5pm. So make sure you book breakfast at the hotel. You can do a river cruise and see some of the sights by water.
