"The hotel is in a great area and clean. I just wouldn't rate it 5 stars as we dind't get our room cleaned every day, which was not ideal. We also didn't get the warmest welcome from the front desk and no one offered to carry our bags from the taxi or open the door each time we left and came back, which you would expect from a 5 star hotel.
