"The views are spectacular , the staff at the reception are nice, not that much at the Zion spa . English is a problem , they all speak Slovak and polish. No air condition in the whole hotel. How come , a 5 star hotel without air condition in the summer where temp is 95. They asked us to open the window and they brought us a fan from 1990 . "This review would be different if the weather would have been hot. There is no air conditioning but only a fan. Otherwise it is a nice unique hotel with interesting decor. The receptionist was nice but there is some room for improvement of English skills. The location of the hotel is great with nice views of the main street. "Nice hotel, unfortunately there is a lot of noise in the rooms, you can hear the others room bathrooms and staff cleaning since 6-7am. The indoor swimming pool is an open to the public water park with lot of people and kids. The saunas are good but there is loud music and very spa. Staff was really nice and they gave us an upgrade as soon as we arrived. There’s no outdoor swimming pool which is not nice for the summer. "
