"The hotel is very old. The photos on Expedia does not match what you’d expect in person. The front desk staff are incredibly rude and do not treat guests well. They act like they’re being bothered if you come up. In general this place must have been a great hotel 25 years ago but it’s not worth staying at. Save your money and go stay in a different city close to a Antalya . I tried calling Expedia twice to move me to a different location and a newer hotel. "

"This is our 4th time in the hotel and we love it. Staff are trained so well and smiling, nothing is hard for them. Bravo to them really and whoever trains them. Food amazing, the A la cartes are well worth paying the fee. The only thing I could recommend is heated outdoor pool and heaters for dining outside, but only this time it chilly and rainy. "Second visit here, loved it so much first time, decided to book again. Great experience as before, in fact was a little bit more lively as it had more people, but still great. only given it 4 stars for staff purely because, the lady who cleaned our room, walked in on us THREE TIMES using her own key, showing us she had clean her room. It's very rude and evasion of our privacy. Other than that love it here"
