"Honestly, we were most excited about this stay on our honeymoon and it was a miss. This was our 3rd Michelin key hotel of our trip and it truly did not compare to the others. The grounds were beautiful, but the service and overall experience wasn’t. The missing piece to describe it all was lack of attentiveness. From introduction to the hotel at the start, to the pool area/service, to staff at breakfast, to service at the Michelin restaurant. Overall it felt like a 4 star hotel, rather than a 5....

"A three night stay at this hotel and their service truly blew me away. Pro-active and extremely considerate. As an example, I arrived late on Thursday evening and even though I had missed dinner they offered to bring to my room some food. It consisted of a large and delicious salad, a charcuterie plate with cheese, bread rolls and fruit. Then on the day of my departure, as I was leaving very early they offered me an early breakfast. "We had an amazing stay at Pula Suites. It was quiet and relaxing. Fantastic staff who were incredibly helpful and hospitable! Very clean, could not fault this hotel. Would recommend hiring a car if you want to travel around but we would definitely stay here again."

"Quick two night to enjoy a different part of the the island. It's a slightly dated and quirky hotel with friendly staff and great breakfasts. The gardens are a good feature but could use a bit of attention. The pools are not big but are pleasant, though can be crowded around. The spa is good but the pool isn't for swimming. All told, a lovely stay. Room was very good."

"Excellent hotel situated across the road from the lovely Son Mol Beach. Quiet though central location. Impressive hotel room and high end bathroom. We booked half board and the standard of food is very high indeed. Only criticisms in relation to our stay would be that the pool which is such a feature of the Hotel, was not heated (early Nov) though we prefer sea swimming (which was warmer), bottled water was not provided free of charge in the room and we were expected to pay for Nespresso...
