Laundry facilities were very good and common areas were well appointed. Anne, Michael and Aaron shone out as helpful and very willing to provide good service in this relatively new property. "Very old style feel with the giant room keys. We enjoyed. They let us put our bags in storage before check in so we could hit the Straße. Great staff. Breakfast was cool. Tea and coffee is made for you. "

"Room was clean and comfortable. Very conveniently located if wanting to spend time at the outlet. My only issue is that we arrived on a Sunday, so expected the shops to be closed. However, due to a special event the shops were open, which meant there was no parking available. I would have liked to hotel to have advised us about the special event, as we had let them know we were arriving by car and needed a car spot. "
