"I've been to KW severals times and avoided this property though it tended to be low cost. This time I stayed there, got a private room. I found it nice. Pools clean, the room quite small but adequate. Good location. I could walk from the Ferry to the room. Duvall and harbor area were close (10 to 15 minutes) but not too close which is good for the noise. Bob's Restaurant was a block away and had great happy hour 5-6. The grounds had several pools and a hot tub. People were friendly. ...

"Nice hotel. Clean. Friendly staff. The little bar in back was a great spot to grab a drink and quick dinner after traveling all day. It’s right on Rt 1, so easy quick access to stuff in the area. "

"We enjoyed our stay at Ibis. With the exception of a sad breakfast and overpriced (and under performing resturant-The Stoned Crab). Our room was facing the bay and we loved the view and critters (iguana, Ibis, pelicans, herons). Enjoyed my time in the hammock and sitting out in the evening. We had excellent customer service all around and our fav was the shuttle taking us downtown. The front desk even brought us a microwave to reheat our take-out dinner. Heads up! Key West is expensive! "The property is difficult to navigate, but is also very nice. The staff was accommodating and friendly. However, housekeeping staff do not speak English. Although I think they do a good job it’s difficult to communicate your needs. The room we had was a junior suite partial ocean view (we upgraded for an additional $20 daily) It was worth it.
