"Parking isn’t free, $40 per day. There’s parking outside the hotel but it’s at your own risk. The gate to exit never worked so we had to press the call button to have it opened each time we wanted to exit, they never checked to see if we had paid parking so basically paid for 4 nights of parking for no reason."

"My husband and I stayed at Elm House Inn for a few nights and had a great experience. The staff was extremely nice at check in and any time we needed anything. They have some yummy breakfast options each morning and fresh baked cookies each day at 6pm. Better get down there quick though cause they go fast ;) Very clean, affordable, quiet and overall comfortable stay. "

"The hotel is well maintained and managed. All the staff are friendly and helpful which made it a very present stay. A real perk for customers is the shuttle service which is a call/text away and they can take you anywhere within 5-mile radius. This is very handy be a wine tasting is the main activity here!"

"It is centrally located, well kept and well maintained. The front desk staffs say all the right things but they is no warmth. They look like they couldn't be bothered. Other staffs were exceptional. Tree triming at 8is am on Saturday right outside the room was unacceptable for this type of hotel."
