There were few things that could be improved: - The room was quite noisy even on the 11th floor. We could hear lot of out side noise/traffic even with balcony windows closed. - The staff outside the hotel lobby to receive guests were quite choosy when it comes to open doors in and out of the lobby and opening car doors.
