"Last minute booking to visit relatives w medical, place needs to be majorly upgraded. Part of the embassy suites next-door, but nowhere near the comfort level. But inexpensive last minute accommodations for one night it will do. "

"Do not expect to find any signs with the hotel name anywhere visible anyway. The location hosts many different properties and Ubana hotel was one of them, just look for "checkin" sign. Room was very clean, bed comfortable, very small though just perfect for one night as was our case, Place is in old san juan so all is close by. Took public transport to get to cruiseship at one block from hotel free, just 10 minutes "

"The self parking is 15 per day, but it gives freedom to travel around. The property is well maintained and the house keeping is very prompt. The breakfast was good and offers continental with made to order omelets. The beach is small but beautiful. The other beaches are all at driving distance. The pool is good size. The complimentary drink and snacks in the evening is great."

"This place spoils you rotten! Water and sodas are free! Our butler provided some fruit and juices as a gift. There is chocolate and chips in each room as a gift. The grounds are kept beautiful and the staff are all very friendly and attentive."

"La Concha had everything we needed- beach right in front with chairs and umbrellas, bars and bathrooms. You also had the restaurant for food. The pools were all very nice and staff was amazing. The bars were all very nice and the daily mixology class was fun. The location made it great to walk to restaurants and bars all around us. The casino was also fun. I would definitely recommend this property "

"One block from the beach. The pictures were deceiving. It looks like the beach is outside the hotel. They don’t tell you the beach chairs are about 5 hotels down from the beach entrance. The pool is small the hot tub needs maintenance. Room clean bed was comfortable I had a ok view no beach front. The breakfast was a bit expensive you can go out eat for less. "
