"Although this hotel costs $900.00 plus per night, noise is a bit of a problem. The family staying in the rooms next to mine had a dog that made a “ crying” very sad & loud noise, when left alone in daytime,last time I visited. The pepperoni pizza is not available at the small shop in the lobby anymore.. one family next to my room woke up each morning so that they could walk the entire hall on our floor screaming and yelling to each other, while they continued to walk, back and forth, from 1 end...

"Was an updated room but there was no heat source available in the bathroom. Very cold and uncomfortable. Asked for a space heater, said they would get one. Never came, then they said they didn’t have one after all. Also, please get better fake logs for fireplace. The logs were just made of recycled paper and were cheap for such a high end hotel. "
