While I stay at many Four Seasons locations this one has the most amazing customer care, so much attention to detail surrounded my caring staff. "Gorgeous hotel with wonderful amenities and location. However, check in was very slow and tedious. Daily room service was poor, often left dirty glasses, did not replenish amenities and one day - no service at all, just a quick turn down without replenishing dirty glasses. Needs work! "
