"Do not stay here. I preface my comments by saying I am a gold member and have never complained before. The room had black mould in the ceiling and in the shower. There were numerous items not supplied ie designer toiletries, dressing gowns, safe, daily housekeeping dryer, turndown service, the list goes on. We were meet on arrival by two guys that made us feel uncomfortable the whole stay. Neither myself of hotels could contact owner to try and rectify the numerous complaints. So nothing was...

"The property needs maintenance, and next door neighbor started their construction at 5:30am which we cannot sleep duration of our stay. Cleaning per request and their towels and cleaning team dirty. It was a waste money to stay there, the girl who coordinate the place seems nice Thuy Nhu very helpful and great other than the place is low end. Will never stay there, rather be in hotel "

"I booked on June 4th when i got there 4pm. I couldn't contact the host. Finally talked to him. He said wait he will call me back waited for almost 30 minutes later he called back said his room is not available. He will take me to a different house. Waited for him 25 minutes. He came took us to a different building. I wasn't happy with that condo so he paid me back about 125$ USD. The next day he gave us the room in Landmark81 but gave us wrong password.
