"The property, the location and the staff made this stay spectacular. I was welcomed with a 20 minute delayed check in which was not something you expect after paying over $1K USD. There were other minor issues which you would think would be non existent at a 5 star hotel but I had to deal with, thats not good! The views of the Saiq valley are breathtaking, SubhanAllah. "

"This is without doubt one of the best hotels we've ever been to. Large, spacious, stylish rooms with all the amenities. Grounds that extend for miles with fabulous canyon views. "A tiny hotel next to the Balcony Walk, with an absolutely wonderful staff. The room itself was nice even if a bit basic (it did have, however, flushing toilet, a hot shower, and AC). The hotel provided a dinner and a breakfast, which were delicious and abundant. The location couldn’t be better. The sunrise view is hands down something to be remembered for life. We noticed a few downsides - no dealbreakers and no major issues, but something to keep in mind. Firstly, if you’re afraid of spiders...

"A pleasurable desert experience, with Mr Ram and his team working hard to ensure the environment remains tranquil and blissful for guests. Kudos too to the Chef for dishing out top quality meals throughout our stay. There’s even a professional harpist on site to entertain diners after dark!
