House keeping manager came to introduce herself, and fulfilled every request. The room was spacious and immaculate The lobby bar was very good. Highly recommend this property. "

He gave us a mini sake’ sampling and was very friendly and warm. Our dinners at Nobu were outstanding! The only things to mention that could improve this experience would include an onsite hot tub, sauna, & steam to relax after traveling and the rooms need larger showers. "This place is amazing! Every room is designed so it is completely private, so you can have the curtains open on the entire glass wall in the bedroom and look out over the Bay of Biscay, and soak in the tub while inhaling the ocean air. You are practically outside. They really take care of you, here. They have a spa, and they are attached to the Akelarre Restaurant (3 Michelin stars) that started it all. "

"Alberto (employee) changed the package I was promised by one of the hotel employees (that quit her job by the time we arrived) and instead of having a prepared package like promised by her, he just said no it’s not possible that she gave you this. So I cancelled my last 2 days for the unpleasant treatment. I expected more from a 5 star. "
