"It was a good stay. The hotel staff was pleasant. I had several issues with the hotel room when I checked-in, but they were rectified the next day. Also, the heat in the room did not work and the hotel room was freezing every night because it was cold outside. I did not mention it to the front desk because I did not want to be labeled as a troublemaker. The hotel location was perfect and within a 1/2 hour walk to the City Center in Lisbon.
