"Can Ferrereta was an excellent hotel. If you are looking for a (reasonably priced) 5-star hotel this is a great place. The staff were EXTREMELY attentive and kind. "What an incredibly beautiful hotel!! The staff would go above and beyond. The hotel room was stunning and smelt amazing… in fact the entire hotel smells amazing! Bars and restaurants in walking distance. Breakfast buffet had great options and you could order eggs and crepes too. We had a lovely long weekend and can’t wait to return again sometime. "

"The hotel setting is lovely. The rooms are sparsely decorated and the ac is not good enough to properly cool. Very few food choices in the room and at the restaurant. The gym in the morning was dirty and unkempt. The gym facility was all-together underwhelming. The massage was sub-par. But it was tranquil and relaxing. "

"Honestly, we were most excited about this stay on our honeymoon and it was a miss. This was our 3rd Michelin key hotel of our trip and it truly did not compare to the others. The grounds were beautiful, but the service and overall experience wasn’t. The missing piece to describe it all was lack of attentiveness. "A three night stay at this hotel and their service truly blew me away. Pro-active and extremely considerate. As an example, I arrived late on Thursday evening and even though I had missed dinner they offered to bring to my room some food. It consisted of a large and delicious salad, a charcuterie plate with cheese, bread rolls and fruit. Then on the day of my departure, as I was leaving very early they offered me an early breakfast. "Lovely relaxing stay. Room was very comfortable and clean, with everything done to a very high end property. It was a bit windy and overcast when we were there (and the pool was a touch on the cold side), so we used it mainly as a base. We had one nice afternoon by the pool though, and ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was excellent. All in all, a great stay."

"Can Ferrereta was an excellent hotel. If you are looking for a (reasonably priced) 5-star hotel this is a great place. The staff were EXTREMELY attentive and kind. As an American who has not traveled to Europe in a decade, the hotel was amazing at recommending everything from places for dinner to recommending a car rental company. The location is excellent, outside of the main Palma region so a little more quiet but not too far from being able to do things. If you do get a car I would highly recommend their valet services as parking is almost non-existent around the hote"

"The staff were excellent and always willing to help. We encountered an issue with our room which they resolved swiftly. The hotel is child friendly, amazing overall. All thing is that you need to rely on taxis or hire car to get around as there is no public transport "
