"Beautiful hotel! Service in our opinion was not on par with other 5 star hotels we stayed at on the island - no offer to help with bags at check in, slow service at the bar and restaurant, and no poolside service. We were given a pool facing upgrade which we were very appreciative of - however it was an adjoining room - there is an inch of space between the bottom of the door and the floor and you can hear everything from the neighbouring room. Limited menu options available for food allergies....

The grounds were beautiful, but the service and overall experience wasn’t. The missing piece to describe it all was lack of attentiveness. "The hotel setting is lovely. The rooms are sparsely decorated and the ac is not good enough to properly cool. Very few food choices in the room and at the restaurant. The gym in the morning was dirty and unkempt. The gym facility was all-together underwhelming. The massage was sub-par. But it was tranquil and relaxing. "
