"We had a great stay at Flamingo. The staff were all very friendly. Sharun was amazing and suggested beaches for us to visit and helped in booking a shikara and even called around to get us a better price. The area is really good, you can canoe from the end of the garden to the beach (which is a very quiet white sandy beach). We also took their bicycles out to explore the area. "Great property - lovely rooms and the property was beautiful. Great location next to the beach, but the moment you step off the property it is a bit scruffy. The room we had was nice, good food offerings and beer - all at a good price. Pool area was ok."

"Kerela houseboats is the middle agency for blue house boats. NOT at all worth the money looting customers, spent so much but was shared with 6 families not peaceful!..asked for towels said 1 room 1 towel(more like long napkins) for 4 ppl. Double bed not enough for 4 ppl, after insisting got the extra bed, not recommended for the money spent."

"The boat was nowhere close to what was advertised and what we paid for. Room was advertised as premium but actual was far from it. Very poor room and supporting amenities. Linen, bathroom etc very very poor and not reflecting premium room. Poor linen - holes in linen and towels brown and very worn. No wifi on board even though advertised as with WIFI. No tissues or toilet paper as well as no bath mats. Very unhygienic facility but were asked to walk without shoes onboard."
