While the staff remained courteous throughout our interactions, it was apparent that they struggled to address our concerns effectively. For instance, when we requested a late checkout, we were granted the extension but later received a call from reception asking when we plan to vacate our room. This lack of communication among staff members was concerning and disrupted our experience. Furthermore, upon dining at the hotel restaurant, we noticed a lack of ambiance due to the absence of background music. When inquired, our waiter mentioned that he used his personal phone to stream music, but it frequently encountered issues, resulting in silence. This not only detracted from the overall dining atmosphere but also reflected a lack of proper equipment and preparation on the part of the establishment. A proper orientation could have enhanced our experience and provided valuable information about the hotel's amenities and services. Unfortunately, this aspect was overlooked, leaving us feeling disoriented and uninformed. In conclusion, while the hotel shows potential with its friendly staff, there is a clear need for improvement"
