"Didn't like the check-in. Took ages to check in. The only hotel we stopped at on our explore holiday that wanted credit card and passport details. We had booked an additional night at same hotel after our organised group tour. I was told we could have same room, but we were then locked out on second day. We were given a new code after we paid tax, this could have all been sorted on original check-in. Our room wasn't cleaned or towels refreshed. Entering code into room door was tricky as the...

"Pleasant, quiet and relaxed hotel on a side street steps away from the main boulevard through the old city centre. Clean, friendly and helpful staff, with plenty of books to enjoy, and a wonderful breakfast. I have nothing negative to add. Would recommend and stay there again."

"Executive suite was great design, clean big modern bathroom. Bedding sheet had a red dot - paint, blood? Pillow case was not contained all around, but had an opening. Don’t like touching pillows under pillow cases. For these reasons 4 stars not 5."

"This is a really nice hotel. Room is clean, spacious and comfortable. Very little noise from other rooms. Convenient to the old town area, train/bus station, market, bus lines. The breakfast is very good - lots of options and good hours."

"Good location, very easy to get by and visit the most popular places. Hotel itself is quite nice and clean. One small caveat - some rooms face main street, so it might get a bit noisy if you sleep with an open window."
