"When I checked-in my room wasn’t ready. Once I received the key to my room, I unlocked it and someone else was just talking on the phone in my room! On top of this, the air conditioning was a joke and I truly worried that I may pass out from the heat of the room. They only gave me one pillow and winter blanket. I wouldn’t stay here again. "

"We have spent one night at the property. The staff was excellent. Receptionist extremely helpful and great to talk to. All staff exhibited the "no problem" attitude!. They all went the extra mile to please us, being helpful, turning on jacuzzi for us even when it was after hours. When checking-in they even gave us choice about room choice without us asking. "The hotel is in the beautiful, friendly, small city of Piestany in Central Slovakia. The hotel was clean, well-managed and organized. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was very good continental breakfast. I will return to Hotel Park Avenue again. "
