"Wow and wow and again wow!! The best hotel I have ever been to. We were with our 2 children and everyone had a great time. A hotel that is simply a paradise for children. We will definitely go back there again! Delicious food especially in the morning and evening, kind and excellent service, a great indoor pool, a playground for all ages, there is always something to do and many attractions near the hotel or within a short drive. We had an extraordinary experience! Highly recommend!"

"This was one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at. There is not even a ramp to take your baggage in from the car which is parked away. The staff were unfriendly unhelpful and had a generally bad attitude. The rooms were cramped and the whole hotel felt cramped. The staff at the restaurant wanted you to eat and go as fast as posssible. All in all terrible experience "

Es wurde deutlich das an Personalkosten gespart wird. Keine direkten Wanderwege neben dem Hotel sondern Schnellstraße und Parkplatz. In Summe Preis Leistung super."

Nach Beschwerde an der Rezeption und dem Nachweis (Screenshot) wurde uns nach einer weiteren längeren Wartezeit ein anderes Apartment zugesagt. Im 9. Monat schwanger mit Gepäck und Kleinkind irrten wir dann ohne näherer Beschreibung durch unterirdische Gänge und Tiefgaragen auf der Suche nach dem anderen Zimmer.
