"Great hotel. Great restaurant. Diverse rich choice of dishes. Good fast service, Great room with pastry chef. The only problem: We stayed 21 days, only twice they took out the trash and never had wet cleaning. Really liked it. Will come again"

"Check-in and check-out services needs to be reviewed by the management. Spent around 10-15 minutes to check in and about 25 minutes to check out. "

"Super Hotel mit Mitarbeitern, die leider komplett überfordert, nicht/schlecht geschult, gestresst, unfreundlich und keines falls einem 4* entsprechen. Jedes JUFA sollte im Vergleich mehr Sterne bekommen. Sehr enttäuschend, vorallem, da das Hotel an sich grundsätzlich Potential hätte. "
