"We stayed for 4nights with 2 kids in the standard room. The rooms are now dated and requires refurbishment specially the bathrooms. Overall, good facilities, food and staff. A la crate restaurants always busy and need to use the app. A lot facilities are chargeable such as tennis courts, indoor pool tables and bowling areas which could be inclusive. Simple things like an iron board are also chargeable which was a further let down. "

"My second time here, the territory is large enough to have some quiet time away from other guests, the grounds are beautiful and well kept. The app allows to book various activities, good variety of fitness classes, one of the best Turkish food offering with lots of fruit, veg & local produce, some attempts at sustainability (water cooler next to fridges with water bottles, compost and their own plants nursery I think). It’s funny going to a Turkish all inclusive hotel for some quiet time, but...

"The hotel location and price is top notch. You are about a 5 min walk from the Beach. Food, although not a huge variety at times, was tasty. Swimming pool is big and always found a lounger to lay on. Well worth the price. Just dont expect a high end 4 star. "

"Stayed October check in great i had accidentally made a mistake on the booking, the manager rectified it quickly,easily and with minimal fuss, we had a swim up room (2111) best room in the hotel in my view, sun all day, straight into pool, bar/restaurant close by. Ordered from the restaurant 2 eveni gs as food was so good, we had it in the room and the team brought everything we needed to eat in the room, food was very good taste wise and value fir mone, would definitely recommend this hotel."

"The stay started as a holiday from hell with the hotel putting us in a run-down worker's accommodation because they didn't have a room available. We were given our room the next day—a spacious room on the 2nd floor with a large bathroom and balcony. The staff were amazing, especially Ramazan/Rambo. They always have a smile on their face regardless of the endless hours they work. A bell at the reception will definitely help as it was unmanned most of time. Breakfast daily is a table service...
