"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the de vere park hotel . We stayed in a one bed apartment which was very Cousy with beautiful view of the lakes . The only downside was the bed . It was just a double and too soft for us . A firm king size would be perfect as we have a a super king at home and are so used to having a big bed . "

Only criticism is that TV in room has no apps and no radio, very limited channels and didn't appear to be able to stream content from phone orc tablet. Parking very good and loca perfect if you wanted to go into town and very close to train station. "

"After coming for a delicious Sunday lunch last year we knew we wanted to come back again for a relaxing night away without our kids. The Cat and Custard Pot is a charming historic venue in a pretty little village with lots of character. The roast beef was excellent and it was lovely to chill for the rest of the evening in the pub. Our room was light, clean and nicely furnished and we had a peaceful night, followed by a tasty breakfast the next morning. Overall good value for a relaxing night...
