"Recently staying at this property for 2 nights during Christmas holidays. Never before a hotel asked for money to guarantee room key card but this hotel did. The problem is the reception area isn’t at the same area with the building we were staying so chance we forget about the money are considerably high. Even the staff at our building who received our key cards when we check out didn’t remind us about the guarantee money. Once I found the receipt in my wallet after a few days,...

First the good....few employees are 5 STAR: 1) Miss Mayan from the Reception is nice, polite, helpful, speaks good English. 2) Miss Rara from the Reception is nice and polite. 3) Mr. Harry for the Cafe/Restaurant is nice, polite.
