"The facilities (restaurants, SpA wellness) are really nice. However the heating in my room did not work with 10 degrees outside, and they didn't fix it, the gym was only usable between 10 and 22, however during check-in I was told that I would be able to access it 24/7, "

"Very nice place in a quiet scenic area. Facilities are great plus dining is very personable. Deducted a star due to a front desk member who was rude to me during check in(plus couldn’t locate our reservation the supervisor stepped in and took care of us). Also,our door lock needed repair (the maintenance guy there was top notch and saved the day by fixing our door). Aside from our check in woes this is a very nice place to stay and will probably stay here again."

"First time in Germany, or Europe ever. Blindly booked this Hotel, and was amazed at the property and all of the staff. "A pleasure to stay right in the middle of town near the concerts and the town and gardens! Breakfast was lovely each morning with pleasant staff. Some front staff, “patrick”? Not sure of first name Was especially helpful with securing taxis etc. "

"Wir, meine Frau ,ich und unsere beiden Hunde, hatten eine sehr schöne Woche hier. Die Unterkunft lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist hier genau richtig. Sehr freundliche Vermieterfamilie mit zwei tollen Hunden. Die Gegend für uns war es insbesondere die Rhön lädt zu ausgiebigen Wanderungen ein. Hier waren wir bestimmt nicht das letzte mal."
