The staff was nice, the city area was nice - everything exceeded my expectations. ""Unique" was idea to pay extra for swimming pool using. For the first time in my life receptionist try to charge me (hotel guest) for usage hotel property. I have a long and difficult day, traveling from Chicago to the Czech Republic 10,5 hours flight to Istanbul, 6,5hours stop, 2,5 flight to Prague. I rented a car and have 2,5 hours drive to the hotel. I tried rest and relax. Unfortunately a very rude receptionist mentioned I can't use hot tub which was included but there was a "private party" at the moment probably even for outside people I would expect refund but not from arrogant shameless people.
