"Minimalist but beautiful interior design. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was more like an a la carte and of very high quality. This meant the waste that often seen in buffet model was to absolute minimum. Juan was really attentive in the morning as was the manager during their delicious dinner. Beautiful and modern bar with lovely bartenders. Things I did not like (although not changing my 5 stars rating): - hand cream or body lotion was a rarity there! - no jacuzzi or hot tub - no upgrade...

"This is a really very nice hotel with absolutely superb staff and a wonderful spa. Breakfast is excellent and the view from lake-facing rooms amazing. Why four, rather than five stars? First there is no room service. The reason given for this is that the hotel is spread over a large area and the hotel does not want to deliver sub-standard food. Fine, but if Deliveroo etc can deliver piping hot food across a town I’m sure this hotel could do perfectly decent room service if it wanted to. More...

"Great location for ski accessibility. Walkable to some restaurants, but not really to the town of Zell am See. Quick taxi ride. Overall we loved Elements. The pool and sauna were very nice. Laundry onsite was convenient. Ski lockers were super nice with boot warmers and tons of space for 4 people equipment. We had a family room and it exceeded expectations. "

"I stayed at this hotel for the first time. Nothing to complain about except the parking, which is quite difficult in the area, partly due to the ongoing roadworks right in front of the hotel. The position is quite convenient, close to main station and to several restaurants. Friedly team at the reception. Room pretty new and clean."
