"Hotel room was clean, hotel breakfast was good but didn't seem that the staff had prepared the room well as there was only a single duvet and only 1 towel despite the room being double and booked for 2 people. We arrived late and the entrance was full of loud/ drunk people - it was a bit uncomfortable to walk in. "

They were extremely friendly and helpful at all times. The food was excellent. The amenities, especially the solarium, were enjoyable. Overall, an excellent experience at this hotel. "Front desk staff spoke no English, have a translator ready. Other staff that passed by during my check in apparently spoke no English either. Plus the fact they couldn’t locate my Expedia reservation check in took well over half an hour. In that period I got ticked because the area around the hotel was restricted residents parking and meter parking was a ways away from the hotel (and you need Czech coins for that).
