"The room was ok but the duvets had old stains like blood and other brown things. They don't vacuum very well. The staff are mostly friendly. The hot tub and indoor/outdoor pool are awesome. Weirdly, they have lounge areas that are open for all, however there are no amenities like water or even a water fountain. And if you are hanging out in the lounge at night you'll quickly discover that all restrooms are locked and 3 security people will escort you to one if you need it. Really weird vibe for...
