"A short walk to the city, the hotel was wonderful - the staff were a pleasure and all multi-lingual, the room was great and comfortable (and quiet)... but the best part was that it is barely a ten minute stroll into the city centre and the dining and shopping options that provides."

"The atmosphere of the hotel was beautiful, staff are so welcoming and friendly. They were knowledgeable and helpful in offering us suggestions of sites to see and places to eat. They had umbrellas, hair dryer, iron and ironing board which one needs on holiday. Having a mini fridge in the room was great so we could have additional drinks we could keep cold. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Frankenthal."

"We truly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Löwengarten, it exceeded our expectations. We were upgraded to one of their apartment rooms and it was really nice. It has a huge spa bathroom, fully equipped kitchenette including a Nespresso machine. The room was waiting for us with a complimentary sparkling wine cooling in a bucket. Staff were super friendly. "Rooms do not have AC! We stayed for a week and the sheets were not replaced till after the 5th night and after my wife told them. They left us without soap in the shower for two days… Trash bins were not emptied on a daily basis :-( Hotel is nice and conveniently located to the Hockenheimring, but too expensive for what it offers. They say that they have enough room to support their guests but they do not so we did not eat there. Had to go to the REWE to get food because there are no restaurants around this Hotel! And the worst thing of it all, it was 33°C, and the rooms were scorching. They do have one fan in there for a boat because we always travel with fans because rooms are usually...
