"It is located on Grand Via, a very busy shopping street but our lovely rooms were quiet and had superb bathrooms. Breakfast was excellent and the lounge area and outdoor patio on the top floor added to this excellent hotel. We enjoyed visiting some galleries and seeing the older part of Madrid - all on foot. The Reception staff recommended a local Tapas restaurant (5 mins walk) which was brilliant and a more formal dinner venue which was superb. "

"We loved Hotel Europa!! It’s a few steps from Puerta del Sol with cafe across the street, very nice restaurant inside, pharmacy and Apple Store around the corner. The front desk staff was wonderful. They helped us interpret the map directions on our phones and never steered us wrong. We were able to walk almost everywhere we went, but the subway station is also very close by. There was a little noise because of proximity to Sol, but it didn’t keep us up. Taxis/cars can’t come right to the hotel....

"SmarRental Collection Gran Via Capital hotel is in a great location in the centre of Madrid often within a walking distance from major tourist attractions. The staff members - both at the reception and at bar/restaurant - were super friendly from the moment we arrived to our final 'adios'.
