Negativa: Pokojské, které nemluvily a nerozuměly česky... takže na žádost o výměnu ručníků nebo doplnění mýdla v koupelně nereagovaly... nepochopily, co se po nich žádá. "We arrived in Olomouc by train. Took no X4 streetcar to the hotel. The hotel is very rustic and enhanced the experience of the historical downtown which is only a couple minutes walk. We checked in in the coffee shop next door.The young woman who took care of us was excellent and spoke very good English.
